FIRNGOODS is an alpine-born label of original goods — firn is the dense alpine snow that survives summer. We design original artwork around what people genuinely love right now, and publish new drops to this storefront every day.

Are the designs original?

Yes. Every design on this site is created from scratch in-house and is exclusive to FIRNGOODS — you won't find these prints anywhere else.

How does checkout work?

Hitting Buy Now opens a secure card checkout. Payment, order processing, and delivery are handled end to end through our partner facilities — FIRNGOODS never sees your card details.

What payment methods can I use?

Major credit and debit cards, plus whatever additional options the checkout offers in your region at the time of purchase.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Each item is produced individually for your order in a regional facility as close to you as possible, then shipped from there.

How long does delivery take?

Typical production is 2-7 business days, then shipping time varies by region — domestic orders usually arrive within a few days of leaving the facility, international orders can take longer.

What if my order is misprinted, damaged, or defective?

It gets replaced. Contact support from your order confirmation email and a replacement is arranged free of charge.

What are the products actually like?

DTG prints on heavyweight cotton tees and fleece hoodies, and matte museum-grade posters — the same production stack used by major merch brands.

Is the artwork original?

Yes. All artwork is original, and every design is screened against trademarks, celebrity likenesses, and existing IP before it goes live. Nothing is scraped, traced, or copied.

Why are prices what they are?

Each price is the production cost plus a fair margin. Because every piece is made to order there are no warehouses and no dead stock — you pay for production plus a transparent margin, not artificial scarcity.

How often do new drops land?

Daily. New original designs land whenever a niche is worth a drop — without warning.

How does sizing work?

Garments are true-to-size unisex cuts. A full size chart is shown at checkout before you pay.

What makes your print quality different from regular merch?

We use direct-to-garment printing for tees and hoodies, which embeds the ink into the fabric for a soft hand feel and lasting vibrancy—no cracking or peeling after washes. Posters are printed on archival-quality paper, and mugs use a durable sublimation process. Can I get a refund if my order doesn't fit or arrives damaged?

Absolutely—if your made-to-order item arrives damaged or defective, contact us via our support page within 14 days, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For sizing issues, we offer exchanges on unworn items (you cover return shipping). Since each piece is produced individually for your order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, but we're happy to help with any fit questions before you buy.

Do you use AI to design your FIRNGOODS pieces?

Not in the way those searches usually mean. Every FIRNGOODS design starts as original artwork and concepts developed in-house, so the finished graphics you see are exclusive to our store. We don’t sell AI-generated templates or let customers auto-create designs at checkout. AI is definitely changing fashion tooling everywhere, but our focus is on curated, made-to-order pieces built around themes like Swiss alpine hiking, heatwave humor, science curiosity, sports rivalry, and firefighter style.

Where is my order produced and how long does shipping take?

Each item is produced individually for your order at a regional facility close to your delivery address, then shipped worldwide. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping adds roughly 3–10 business days depending on your country, local customs, and the carrier. You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I get the same FIRNGOODS design on a mug, poster, or tote?

Yes—many of our original designs are available across tees, hoodies, mugs, posters, totes, and stickers. If an option is offered for a particular artwork, you’ll see it right on the product page. Because everything is made to order, you can mix product types with the same design without any minimum quantities.

How should I care for my FIRNGOODS hoodie, tee, or mug?

For apparel, turn it inside-out and machine wash cold, then air dry or tumble dry low to keep the print smooth and vibrant. Right now we don’t take custom design requests or one-off product substitutions.
